Is there a service call or inspection fee?
Yes. There is a $20 service call and inspection fee, which is credited toward your repair when you move forward with the recommended service.
Do I need to provide parts?
No. We can provide the parts needed for your repair. If you already have specific parts you’d like us to use, contact us beforehand to make sure they’re compatible with your vehicle.
How do you diagnose brake issues?
We inspect your braking system to identify the cause of grinding, squeaking, vibration, warning lights, uneven braking, and other brake-related concerns.
What if additional repairs are needed?
If we find anything beyond the original service, we’ll explain what we found and provide an updated estimate. No additional repairs are performed without your approval.
How do I pay for the service?
After your service is completed, you’ll receive a detailed invoice with convenient payment options.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We stand behind our workmanship. If an issue is caused by our installation or service, we’ll work to make it right. Warranty coverage for parts may vary depending on the manufacturer or supplier.
Can you service my vehicle at my apartment or workplace?
Yes. We can service your vehicle at your home, apartment, workplace, or another approved location as long as there is a safe, level area with enough space to complete the repair. Some properties may require permission before mobile service is performed.
How long does brake service usually take?
Most brake services can be completed in about 1–2 hours per axle. More involved repairs, rusted or seized components, or additional issues found during inspection may require more time. We’ll keep you informed if anything affects the estimated completion time.
